@Demarkus on datrack No it isn’t underrated =is not knowing how good someone actually is and under appreciated is knowing how good someone is and not caring which is Zion everyone knows how good is but they seem to not care so he gets no media coverage

Zion came into the league known for explosive dunks but will end up being known for his incredibly soft touch around the rim and body control.

Too bad Charles Barkley is so busy as an analyst…I could see Zion really benefiting from some mentoring from a similar player and a HOF talent like Chuck. If Zion gets his ball handling, rebounding and jump shot to the level that Chuck was…he will be a HOF lock himself! This comment is not a knock…but a compliment, he is showing signs that he will reach that level.

    • Jordan KP

      February 9, 2021 at 7:09 pm

He has more handle than Chuck and Chuck also didn’t really develop a jumper until he was on the Suns. Zion will be fine.

      February 9, 2021 at 10:26 pm

Nah he needs to get bigger. If I was SVG I do what Phil did with Shaq. Make him so big the other bigs don’t want to see him in the paint. That shot coming in now too which is nice.

    February 9, 2021 at 7:10 pm

It’s crazy how grown men fear him going through the lane. As they should lol but it’s still crazy to see.

The core with Zion is young and just needs a couple more years to fully develop. Hope the Pels don’t make the same mistake that OKC did back with KD, Harden, and Russ.

  37. The Mexican American

    February 10, 2021 at 10:16 am

Zion is gifted but I think he has an easier time working on the inside not just because of his skill but also the lack of size and aggressiveness of centers in today’s league. Teams option to go with an undersize center who is faster, rather than to go with a traditional center who’s a fearmonger in the paint.

  38. Novacane

    February 10, 2021 at 5:47 pm

If Zion can keep his body maintained and stay healthy and add a consistent jump-shot to his game there’s no doubt that he will be one of the best in the game. As of now he’s still only 20 has only played in 46 nba games and is averaging 23ppg 6.7 rpg and 2.5 apg in 30 minutes.
