    I don’t wanna be an idiot because I know every body is different but I don’t see Zion losing any weight. I’ve studied nutrition and I work out myself. I can confidently say that an grown man can lose up to 5 lbs a week with a great diet full of protein and carbs, with the right amount of cardio work and avoiding junk food. I just cannot believe he’s not slimming down already. He must be having burgers and fries. It’s not easy to fool me.
