    I’m a new fan of NBA ~ 3ish months..
How come 20 points is looked at for a game when there are players hitting over 70?

Giannis will attack him, and his body might break into pieces. He might end playin 3 seasons.

The fact the nba are posting highlights of an over seas player thats not in the nba yet is insane.

As a french player i think you need to know something, first…games are 40mn in France (he played 25mn this game) and even if players are less talented, teams play a good defense, at least better than half of the actual nba…
Plus players give everything against him because they know most of nba teams are watching the game because of wemby, it is the chance of a lifetime for them.
The only question is how good and healthy he will be with 3 games a week against 1 right now.

His number one concern is not getting injured. He has slowed down since December. He doesn’t try to impress anymore. You have to remember he plays in a league of grown men and still he has the best stats in the league overall. In Europe, they score less and they defend more. So his stats will never be as high as those in NBA.

Today, he was not in attacking mode and helped a lot in defense. His stats were decent though. 20 pts, 6 blocks, 9 rebounds, 1 Ast, FG 7/13, 3Pts 3/8, TO 1 in 25 mins. You can see on an off day he will still do the job in defense. All the offensive key shots were made by Waters. I think it was intended.

Really, the key for him is to finish the nb 1 pick at the draft. He has been advised to stop playing by Tony Parker and co. So let’s enjoy what we see even though it is far less entertaining than at the beginning of the season and hope he doesn’t get injured. Many young talented players never reached the league or at least their potential.
