Dude is 22 yo, it takes several years to get to NBA physique, even with the best trainers in the world and a 5kcal/day+++ diet. Best bet is the off-season, but even then I’m sure he’s losing like 2kcal/day from bball training alone which makes it hard to bulk quick. I agree weight would be good but he has time… if he doesn’t stock up before he gets older though, he may face problems in such an athletic league.
