Good thing Heat don’t have D-Wade anymore or Trae would’ve only had 49.

Trae hitting the half court buzzer beater and nutmegging harden in the all star game really did wonders for his confidence.

..but does he play defense though?

Yes. It sucks most of the time, but he got that clutch strip on Bam at the end of the game. He’ll get better.

0:49 can someone explain why that should be a legitimate foul??

      February 21, 2020 at 1:41 pm

Gotta give the shooter space to land

    • MoOh AbDy

      February 21, 2020 at 1:58 pm

@Xylynthian Trae moved into the defender not the other way round – this is what Harden does and it gets called a flop (which is what it is)

I don’t think many people realize the Hawks are about to have a huge comeup next season
They got Clint capela who’s great on defense and rebounding and also one of the best rim runners in the NBA
The drafted Hunter and reddish both are looking like theyl be great defensive players and good defensive wings are the most valuable asset in the NBA
With reddish and Hunter improving thier 3pt shooting while naturally progressing and getting even better on defense, and capela an anchor in the middle and Collins banging down low with any 4 in the NBA that’s looking like a playoff caliber team with that defense.
Nevermind the improvement Trae is going to make during the off-season too
The Hawks are doing the right thing surrounding Trae with all potentially nasty DEFENSIVE players because trae can basically already carry an offense by himself
