Como brasileira eu digo: Nรฃo foi o melhor jogo pra nenhuma das equipes, tanto o Brasil tanto os Estados Unidos nรฃo jogaram no seu melhor nivel, porรฉm a arbitragem simplesmente nรฃo ajudou, se o trabalho delas nรฃo tivesse sido tรฃo horrรญvel acho que o jogo ficaria bem melhor de assistir, mesmo que Estados Unidos ainda sim ganhasse. Nem mesmo na final da Copa America, que teve uma arbitragem fraca, foi tรฃo ruim quanto essa. Eu fiquei surpresa pelo trabalho da Emma, no primeiro jogo em que o Brasil ganhou ficou nรญtido que as jogadoras estadunidenses sentiram a pressรฃo da torcida brasileira e isso as desequilibrou, mas em poucos dias a Emma conseguiu ajudar no psicolรณgico de suas meninas. Bom, o jogo foi ok, mas se a juรญza nรฃo fosse escrota e mais firme, ela conduziria bem a partida para ambos os lados.

Yeah, the finishing needs to be more clinical. It shouldโve been 3-0. But Brazil also has a very stubborn defense. And the US can still brag. Wilson created the chance; luck just played a role. But the team kept their composure, frustrated Brazil, and didnโt allow themselves to be outmuscled.

BTW, you almost never see a fight in a Stanley Cup Final game. Can’t afford to give a team a 5 minute major penalty, or get ejected.
