As a Nets fan, I can say it has been a great privilege for KD to be my favorite player and a part of the Nets for the last 4 years. Got no hate for him. Will always hang my KD Nets jersey in my room with pride and memories

i think if he was being honest, his plan was to go play for the Knicks, but Kyrie got him to go the Nets…….makes no difference, they would’ve been dysfunctional with the knicks too

when Curry won last year people were saying he’s better than Durant and Curry is top 10 all time, what if KD wins this season? he’s back above Curry again, I think he always was better than Curry

Gotta admit I wasn’t thrilled of blowing up the team for KD and all and firing KA and the mismanagement upstairs, but while he was here he put in work(when he wasn’t injured lol). He made us instant contenders. Kyrie who unfortunately was a nets fan growing up, was the root of a lot of issues whether you agree or disagree. Nash was a horrible coach too. I wish KD stayed, but he would have been miserable here so I’m happy he got out. I’m also happy with Bridges, dinwiddie, and the new talent we got.

why kd’s 4years in nets was special:
1st year – acl, didnt play a single game but still getting paid
2nd year – choked so never mind
3rd year – swept first round, requested a trade offseason to 1st seed of both conferences
4th year – stayed but deliberately played poorly so nets would fire nash
    – nash gone they started winning,3rd/4th in the east
    – still cant win vs celtics, got injured
    – requested a trade to suns right after kyrie gone proving everyone he is just a bus rider

KD just speaking on a personal level bout the Nets organization. Thats how you handle with closure, nothing but kind words for the people who cared for you and just move forward towards the next chapter..
