Bradley Beal (game-high 37 PTS) dueled with John Wall (season-high 29 PTS, 11 AST) as Wall returned for his first game back in Washington, D.C. In addition for the Wizards, Russell Westbrook recorded his 6th triple-double (16 PTS, 13 REB, 15 AST) of the season and the 152nd of his career.

      you have Wood out, Oladipo out, Gordon out, and Wall is not consistently playing. Combine that with no real practice time, and the Rockets are just trying to adjust on the fly. Also, the team is essentially rebuilding, so you shouldn’t expect substantial success this year. I think they can squeeze in at the 7 or 8 seed, that’s respect.

    I’ve been a lifelong Rockets fan since 1946 and I can say this is the most embarrassing moment of my life. I’m ashamed to be a Rocket fan right now so I’m turning in my fan card. Goodbye Houston. I won’t miss you. I’ll be flying over to Brooklyn where they actually know how to run a team. Good. Riddance.
