‘No! Don’t! Don’t trade Zion!’ – Ramona Shelburne on Knicks if they land No. 1 pick | The Jump

BASKETBALL 23

Published

on

Jorge Sedano, Ramona Shelburne and Richard Jefferson discuss the 2019 NBA draft lottery, and the possibility the New York Knicks could trade the No. 1 overall pick (presumably Zion Williamson) if they land it — possibly for Anthony Davis, especially if they sign Kevin Durant and/or Kyrie Irving. They also discuss the NBA prospects of Ja Morant and RJ Barrett.

The Knicks or the Lakers are the only two teams the Pelicans will end up trading AD to. I say accept the NY package even if it falls in the Top 3. Draft Ja or RJ. Move AD to a different conference.

Zion is already overrated, he will not be as dominant in the NBA. I hope my Cavs draft a good guard.

Tayta Tot In today’s NBA he will be especially with all the hype about the 3ball. You need a PF Musclecar/slasher who rebounds. Only thing that I’m concern about is his weight! He needs the right trainers around him. In this new generation nobody come into the NBA and just dominates. It takes about 3yrs
