      Yes, he always does; BasketBallBreakdown and retired referee Nun did a video last year on why players like Kawhi are allowed to travel and why the NBA refs no longer care about gather steps in order to speed up the game, especially in breakaways and almost every player switches their pivot foot when catching the ball at a stand still in order to gain an advantage before they dribble, or watch when AD catches the ball in the post with his back to the basket, he will pick up his feet as he turns to face his opponent, so the league doesn’t care to call travel anymore
