In the first game of the NBA Restart, Rudy Gobert (14 PTS, 12 REB) knocked down 2 free throws with 6.9 seconds remaining in regulation to lift the Utah Jazz over the New Orleans Pelicans, 106-104. Donovan Mitchell recorded 20 PTS, 5 REB and 5 AST for the Jazz, while Brandon Ingram tallied 23 PTS and 8 REB for the Pelicans.

    All these Zion comments are funny…..So would you feel better if he played 30+ and get injured AGAIN?? He has shown no signs of being durable at all, I’m pretty sure if his body was 100% he would be out on the floor 30+ with no problem. Some injuries are hard to heal from mentally, I know this because I blew my ACL years ago but I still think about it every time I step on the court and play cautiously. I hate the way everybody is hyping him up putting pressure on him to play more.

    Nothing wrong with BI taking that last shot (open uncontested 3pt FG) for the win, but I think driving and getting fouled or driving and kicking to an open teammate for the in rythm jumpshot ( 2 or 3) would have been a better decision.
