Every time I see Jim Boylen face I get irritated af. Dude is legit slow play Coby White MORE , have your forwards actually CUT to the basket instead of watching Zach take tough shots & lastly use Lauri more effectively

Honestly give it 2 years and lavine will want out

    January 10, 2020 at 10:31 pm

What was the point of Lauri getting stronger if he’s never in the post he’s just doing what he did last year .. Boylen wasting his talent smh

True but to be fair when he is in the post he’s not very good. He absolutely needs to work on that part of his game.

If people like us see the obvious mistakes this coach makes every night why can’t Pax, Gar, management, and the other coaching staff see it and learn from it? These guys are so poorly coached. They have a lot of talent but do almost no cutting to the rim, are lazy on defense, don’t box out for rebounds, have terrible switches where slow players like Markannen or another big covers a much quicker player that blows right by them REPEATEDLY, they shoot too many threes when only a few players can actually make them consistently on the Bulls, they don’t hustle for loose balls, and they are TERRIBLE with rebounding. It really PISSES me off that these guys get paid millions yet look clueless out there, don’t know even basic fundamentals on offense or defense, don’t share the ball well, don’t pass the ball effectively, and turn the ball over WAY TOO MUCH. I can go on and on. I will not go to a game until this clueless team and franchise gets it together. This franchise relies on overly loyal fans to keep showing up to the games and supporting this HORRIBLE team. We as fans need to boycott ALL games at the United Center (and maybe on Cable too?) so that management FINALLY does something smart. Otherwise, we continue to enable them. Sorry- long commentary! I am just a very frustrated lifelong Bulls fan!

If the coach of the Pacers Nate McMullen worked for the Bulls instead I promise they would be in atleast 6th place rn..

    January 10, 2020 at 10:34 pm

& for the ppl saying Dinwiddie , Brogdon , Middleton or Bam are better than Lavine .. stop it get some help.

    • wirelessbrain12

      January 10, 2020 at 11:14 pm

@Jamie Foxx People improve. Bam is a lot better than last year. If you want to use the same references, how much did Lavine do with KAT in MIN? You’re all up here blaming everything on the coach. Tell the players to take some responsibility. How about Lavine getting other guys involved.

    • Jamie Foxx

      January 10, 2020 at 11:21 pm

wirelessbrain12 his coach in Minnesota is unemployed rn in the NBA just like Boylen will be this offseason πŸ˜‚. And Lavine was gone before Kat even made a all star team but we basically saying the same thing nonetheless

    • Jamie Foxx

      January 10, 2020 at 11:22 pm

wirelessbrain12 all those players have played with All star talent plus a decent coach .. Zach hasn’t you need those two things to succeed imo.

Good win Indy..not many teams can win on the road without their 3 best players

    • Super_Awesome293

      January 11, 2020 at 7:48 am

Max Champion no, it’s probably just because the bulls suck.

    • Ben Real

      January 11, 2020 at 8:56 am

@Super_Awesome293 Is that why the Pacers beat the Lakers without their 2 best players? The Celtics? What do you dudes get out of pretending like the Pacers arent good? Like GTFOH. You can plainly see these dudes are hooping.

Myles Turner stepped up and felt more free with Sabonis being out. Good bounce back for TJ Warren, not bad for a trash player

    • Nathaniel Williams

      January 10, 2020 at 10:48 pm

Justiceorelse Yea, Myles seems kinda hesitant and reserved whenever Sabonis is playing, he takes the back seat, hopefully McMillian tries to get him more involved in the future, would help balance out our options.

Myles Turner is so enigmatic. Hot and cold streaks. I wish he’d find his defensive aggression from last year when he should’ve been the DPOY. It’ll keep him more engaged on offense when he’s playing next to Sabonis. But Nate still needs to find a way to run pick and pop offense through him and not always pick and roll through Sabonis. Really anxious to see how the offense operates when Oladipo gets back at the end of the month and the whole dynamic may change and things will open up. I’m aware 98% of the people will disagree who aren’t from Indiana, but this team may be a combination of the most deep and talented in the East. Of course Milwaukee and Boston have some top-heavy talent with other good players but from a comprehensive perspective I’d still vote the Pacers. Pacers starting 5 is as good as anybody in the league and their bench is as good as anybody’s also. Warren may be the only guy who hasn’t missed a handful of games already this year.

Jim Boylen’s offensive and defensive schemes are Absurd! And the League is taking notice. His lineups don’t help the players one bit!

Off season moves for the bulls get rid of Markkanen, arcidiacano, Otto, Satoransky target Derrick Rose, Anthony Davis, maybe Terry rozier develop Daniel Gafford put on 25 lbs muscle LaVineneeds to add 10 lbs to be in physical playoff basketball shape draft or trade for a promising sf like Robert Covington and we have a contending team

  21. OP_10112

    January 11, 2020 at 2:11 am

Coby White and Zach Lavine, maybe Thomas Dunn and Young, came to play and put their heart on the court. Everyone else played like they came for the check. If I’m the front office, we can’t be scared to move on from pieces that simply didn’t work out. Anybody but coby white and Zach can be moved πŸ’―
