AD, bron , Howard , mcgee would have a field day in the paint

      July 26, 2020 at 11:05 pm

ccae07 Besides AD, those bigs won’t be seeing much time on the court with the rockets pace and style of play, a large volume of threes, so Houston would have a field day with those guys in fact

      July 26, 2020 at 11:24 pm

      @LvL 05 Greninja

I don’t know, man. AD and McGee can hit 3s just fine. And they are very long and agile. Tucker would get slaughtered. So would Jeff Green. The only guy that contain both AD and McGee, is Capela.

I’m so PISSED that crackhead, trade-happy GM, Daryl Morey traded our boy!! You can’t survive the West without a legit Big Man. Morey act like he don’t understand that. He better hope the Rockets stay hot on their 3s because that’s all they got after trading the one guy they needed to deal with big men in the West.

Harden looks much faster and moving much better than he was before. Also the whole team is playing at a faster pace. Just wait until Russ gets back into his rhythm we should be good

    • LvL 05 Greninja

      July 26, 2020 at 11:08 pm

Htown Rockets Ikr, he and the entire team look very well conditioned. I think Russ will definitely get back into rhythm as in these scrimmages teams are clogging up the lane and forcing the shooters to beat them ra ther than let Russ score in the paint so once he adapts to that and the middies start falling he will get back to mid season form.

Lmao the rockets really kept their starters in the entire game

Ben McLemore is a sniper dude literally doesn’t miss from 3. He had 26 points off the bench tonight

    • Judah

      July 26, 2020 at 11:18 pm

I would love to see him and Gerald Green on the floor together but my Rockets traded him, man. Smh.

  14. Judah

    July 26, 2020 at 11:02 pm

Man, I really don’t think the Rockets needed Westbrook. Harden just wanted something he knows, and trust. But there’s no way Westbrook make us better without Capela.

Capela made us better. His defense is solely missed right now. And we traded him. I still can’t believe Morey did that to us just to get a wild, out-of-control, brickfest freak.

Good thing he didn’t shoot us to a lost like he normally does. But with Capela, we don’t have this problem. We get a consistent double-doubler, solid defense than what anything Russ supposedly gives us.

I feel Russ production can be replace by any guards going off for a game. Be it, Roco, MeLemore, House and even Clemons. Right now, we need DEFENSE. We not gonna always shoot the ball this well. And we all know that!

When the game slows down and our 3s is gone from us, we in big-time trouble. PJ Tucker will get his little ass shoved out the way. Jeff Green ain’t about that life as. center. Roco got heart for defensive.spurs at times but he’s not built for that kind of rugged defense for 48 minutes dealing with traditional big men.

We need a.mobile.Big Man. And Capela was that guy! We gave him up so Russ can do more damage on the court but we don’t need his type of game. We need solid role players that can hit the 3s and we good.

As a Memphian, i agree. I’ve been saying this for a while, Russ is NOT a 3pt shooter!! Never was. He’s more effective as a slasher and midrange shooter. When he was with OKC, Russ would go 2-10 or 3-15 from 3!! Leave the 3pt shooting to Harden, Gordon, McLemore, Rivers, etc.πŸ€πŸ€
