If the Hawks even expect to be successful with the direction of this franchise, they must trade for some leadership on the floor. They may had some scorers, but no real leaders. This is exactly why every time someone is out with an illness or injury, which seems to be every game or every other game, the chances of a loss increases. It actually shows that most of the league is without true leaders, which is why everyone wants to play backyard basketball and grab the best 2 or three players for one team. It seems that Atlanta franchises both football and basketball have always to bring in players with some grit or “killer instinct” needed to dominate the opponent. Unfortunately this team is not it, they will continue to ride a basketball seesaw, at 500. or 1 above or below. The Hawks will only be accumulating moral wins, but nothing competitive until major changes are made, which includes the coaching staff as well.

They were on a back to back doofus. A back to back on the road. Everyone loses those.

@kaii231 yeah, and you’re probably the doofus that gets excited about plays and highlights and can’t identify the patten of losing along with the instability of the roster. You cant see the forest for the trees.

We playing so good right now but we have to tighten up our defense against the top teams in the league and hopefully losing streak( it happens to every team) doesn’t come when it matters most

If Jokic wins the MVP this season I’m going to be pissed he has teammates only the warriors get similar production from Steph has a guy averaging close to 20 off his bench

What’s Jokic’ tipoff winning percentages? Because every time I watch a nuggets game, it seems like he’s wining the tipoff and usually winning it easily.

9:06 wtaf? worst blocking foul called ever? Dude’s feet were planed for over a second. 3 steps outside the restricted zone. And with 27 seconds left in a blow-out game? Either no-call it or call it charge. It’s end of game, no one would have thought anything of it as a no-call.

Great effort hawks yall had them toe to toe up until late 2nd when defensively the breakdown began..that’s a mental thing that’s got to be corrected because although we may not have still won we would have def put ourselves in a much better place to do so if we haven’t dug ourselves too deep a hole..we opened up the flood gates to allow a 21 point lead but was pleased to see a late 4th quarter rally to bring it to within 8 then defense collapsed and we got outplayed and it was lights out from there..overall I’m pleased with the fight being without our main star Trae who I believe would have made this a totally dif game with his added 25+ points and 7+ assists..anyway great game nuggets we’ll bounce back against the pelicans next!!
