Myles Turner led all scorers with a career-high tying 40 points, along with 10 rebounds and a career-high 8 3pt FGM (8-10) for the Pacers, while Tyrese Haliburton added 22 points and 14 assists. The Celtics improve to 43-17 on the season, while the Pacers fall to 26-35.

Myles Turner is the 2nd player in NBA history to record 40+ points, 10+ rebounds, and 8+ 3pt FGM on 80%+ shooting from three in a game, joining:
Kevin Love: 42 points, 14 rebounds, 8 3pt FGM, 88.9% 3pt FG on 12/13/2013

    If there was such thing as a bad win, this is it. Not sure if this team was rusty or not but it always seems after a long layover, this team just does not play well. Was most concerned with Al and Rob’s performance tonight. They played like they just didn’t care and in Rob’s case that’s not a good sign. Hope the next game they do a bit better

    My Celtics always over timing teams and playing to many game 7s in the playoffs to got dang much like they are still a weak team and they played horrible struggling with the pacers and some other teams too and I don’t care if they won tonight because they need to get there defense right and passing and cutting and there rebound too on offense and defense and I don’t see that to much

    Ben Mathurin is having a better rookie season than Reggie Miller and Paul George did. He plays more minutes than they did their rookie years though. Ben is averaging 17pts, PG didn’t average that many points till his 3rd year.
