Exactly! That’s what I was trying to tell his new fanbase. I told someone, he’s only going to get garbage time. Philly already have guards in the rotation.

Dudes actually thought he was going to be playing?! The NBA used Mac popularity to get a boost. Mac is not an NBA caliber player. The NBA is smart enough to know that an underdog, popular white guy winning the dunk contest would generate buzz. It was all planned. It’s not a coincidence mac got his contract right before the all star game. Now the NBA is going to capitalize off his popularity, his new shoe deal, meanwhile Mac is not cracking the rotation in Philly because he’s not good enough. Never forget this is a business.

Dude is shooting 50% from deep on 4 attempts per game his overall efficiency is Crazy! Deserves a real shot.

@Harbinger of Epiphany …………in the G league. 50% on four attempts per game. So he makes two threes per game. Ok.

He’s popular because he’s not an arrogant narcissist like the majority of NBA players. Refreshing to see a talented young man not covered in tattoos, wearing a bunch of jewelry and barely able to grasp the English language.
