@@cpataxpro maybe not basic dunks but I’m tired of seeing dunks overshadow actual impact plays on these top 10 lists…..

@@emmanueloderemi6107 yea the hawks scored 50 points in the 4th qrtr with only 1 turnover to erase a 21 point deficit.

That number one play should been a travel he shuffled his foot before he dribbled

    • @cpataxpro

      December 27, 2024 at 5:46 am

Nope. There was no “shuffle.” You are allowed to take a single step (the right foot here) prior to a dribble. Read the NBA rukes (section 10).

    • @corneliushayes5024

      December 27, 2024 at 5:49 am

@ I played ball you can’t tell me what I saw with my own eyes I don’t care what the nba rules are that shit was a travel

Top 10 travelled. Top 1 not so sure

    • @cpataxpro

      December 27, 2024 at 5:47 am

On No. 10 – Nope. Not a travel at all. He first took an allowable step without a dribble which established his left pivot foot legally, then moved his right non-pivot foot legally, then elevated into the shot. Watch in .25x slo-mo (use the video gear icon) and then read the NBA rules (section 10).

      December 27, 2024 at 5:50 am

On No. 1 – Nope. You are allowed to take a single step (the right foot here) prior to a dribble. You are also allowed a hop move with both feet after you pick up (stop) your dribble. Read the NBA rukes (section 10).
