     Hakeem, because people will always remember Michael Jordan was picked 3rd, and a lot of people think Houston made the wrong pick. Yes Jordan is a top 2 player ever, but Hakeem is also easily top 15. Both legends, but Jordan was just on a different level. The whole thing has made Hakeem so underrated
