    For the people who whine about 12:25, its called SHEILDING. When both players are moving the player dribbling the ball is allowed to hold space in front of him. This allows the ball handler to shield the ball while dribbling and press against any player who is also moving with him. No matter how explosively they may move forward, it is a legal move, not a push off. He didn’t push, he held space while dribbling explosively. There’s a difference

      @Hydra31371 He extended his arm after he was already falling, look in slow motion if you have to or put on your glasses. putting your arm out after they’re already falling is ok. Again, not a foul
