When Book can consistently be a good playmaker, it’ll be a wrap. You can see the potential with a couple of his dimes tonight. He’ll be lethal when he becomes a good playmaker out of the Pick & Roll with Ayton. Good win, boys

Tough, Brodie needs a better team. He shouldn’t be losing to Phoenix by this much when he’s better than everyone else on the floor.

Real test for Suns will be durning playoff run, lack of experience other than CP and even he does have bad luck on Playoff.

It’s amusing to view this blowout in the context of the Westbrook-Paul trade, and the B.S. narrative that CP3’s contract was “onerous.”
It’s a huge luxury for all of the Suns players to know that CP3 is going to get the ball to them when they are in the best position to pass or score – everyone who plays basketball understands that it changes everything when you can rely on your point guard to get you the ball on time and in rhythm.
Westbrook’s assist numbers look amazing, but CP3 has a lot of “hockey assists” where the first pass opens up a second pass. CP3 seems to view the court like a chess player, and if you watch for it you’ll notice how often his entrance passes compromises the defense’s positioning so badly that the ultimate result is a score for which CP3 gets no credit on the stat sheets.

The Washington Wizards cannot win at a high level because Bradley Beal and Russell Westbrook are POOR 3pt shooters. Beal has great NUMBERS in terms of points scored, but, it’s not just about how much you score, it’s also about HOW you score. Because Beal is a poor 3pt shooter, he has to work HARDER for his points…so does Westbrook. The harder you have to work on OFFENSE, the less energy you will have to put into your defense. They are both poor defenders, because they simply don’t have the ENERGY needed to be good at it during games, because they have to work super hard to score points. Let’s compare both of them to Steph Curry…the League Standard for 3pt shooting.
Steph Curry shoots 41.1% from 3. He attempts 56.4% of his shots from 3. Bradley Beal shoots 34.3% from 3. He attempts 28.8% of his shots from 3. Russell Westbrook shoots 31.3% from 3. He attempts 22.6% of his shots from 3. The League average 3pt shooting percentage is 36.7% and the League average attempt rate from 3 is 39.3%. Both Westbrook and Beal are below the League average shooting percentage from 3 and way below the League attempt rate from 3. The best teams in the league, their STAR PLAYERS are pretty good from 3pt distance and they are very comfortable taking those shots. You can’t build a team around Bradley Beal and Russell Westbrook…they can be your 2nd or 3rd guy, but, THEY CANNOT BE YOUR NUMBER 1 option if you want to win at a high level. So, you can say that Washington has a 2nd and 3rd option or 2 number 2 options, but they DO NOT have a number 1 option.

Devin Booker started dating Kendall Jenner last yr and he’s career continues to bloom is he the curse breaker? from going 9-0 in the Bubble just came short of the playoffs then the Suns getting Cp3 that helped Booker to shine even more and now they are the 2nd seed in the Western Conference. Booker hitting threes on and off the court and that’s why he’s so motivated. πŸ˜‚
