Hey Pistons! Dont think you are hot sh*t and come out playing like that again. You aren’t as good as you think you are. So, respect every team like you did only two years ago when you were bums.

    Embarassing loss.
Hope the Pistons fix things up tomorrow, New York is not the team we want to face tomorrow, especially coming off a loss against a tanking team.

      February 5, 2026 at 10:20 pm

Yes, the Pistons blew the Knicks out last month. I know that. But 8 game winning streak, it isn’t easy at all.

Man the wizards hit shots and it was just it just felt like divine intervention man. I don’t think it’s nothing no teamn could have done against the Washington Wizards tonight. They just got all the right, touches. All the right, loose balls, all the right shots in the paint. Everything was just working for them. And the pistons credited to them they didn’t lose composure
I thought they played a good game. Some would argue just would look like no defensive effort really was just lucky touches and shots being made
No matter washington wizards just was hitting shots I was at the game up front and couldn’t believe what my eyes were seeing. And I said, within the first 3 to 4 minutes into the game, I said the pistons are going to lose this

    • @Pistons90K

      February 5, 2026 at 10:28 pm

      @clarkness77 Still not excusable.
It is a loss against a tanking team. We should have won this, but they just allowed the Wizards shots.

    • @Pistons90K

      February 5, 2026 at 10:29 pm

Pistons allowed shots, that was what got them the loss.
Being the 2nd best defensive team, not excusable to let them score 126 points and beating us.

The Wizards pulled off a masterclass in player management.
    Let’s follow the trail:
🏀 Turned Bradley Beal’s $250M contract into Chris Paul

🏀 Flipped Chris Paul for Jordan Poole

🏀 Traded Poole for CJ McCollum

🏀 Traded Kyle Kuzma for Khris Middleton

🏀 Used McCollum to acquire Trae Young

🏀 Used Middleton to acquire Anthony Davis
In the meantime, they also drafted well – acquiring Kyshawn George, Alex Sarr, and Tre Johnson.
And now… GM Will Dawkins has turned Bradley Beal and Kyle Kuzma into Trae Young, Anthony Davis, and 5 pick swaps (per Shams).
The Wizards went from basketball purgatory to being well set for the future, with massive potential.
Take notes. This is a GM masterclass we’re watching in real time.
