Published

on

Kendrick Perkins joins Rachel Nichols, Brian Windhorst and Tracy McGrady on The Jump to discuss why he believes it’s time for former Oklahoma City Thunder teammate Kevin Durant to leave the Golden State Warriors and get his own franchise, possibly with the New York Knicks or Brooklyn Nets. They then (3:16) talk about who among Tyronn Lue, Monty Williams and others would be a good choice to coach LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers.

I think Durant will shock the world again and will go to the Lakers. I dont buy that drama of telling that Lebron is toxic. He just trying to avoid the media to follow him everytime about going to LAKERS. Clippers are like the Mets in NY. Nobody wants to go there.

No, KD is not great enough to lead a team to a chip. He never has and unless something changes he never will. Just not who he is and not gonna happen.

Best candidate is the women assistant coach that was on Spurs..the Ms. Hammon coach she from winning pedigree and learned from the best …POP or course..she would have more expectations than lebron which would shadow his drama…once Lebron challenges her basketball IQ. he’ll shut up and just play ball.

The whole KD to ny is lame. Literally one person says it now everyone says it. Just wait until he leaves they’ll be right back questioning him and his leadership lmao

      April 18, 2019 at 6:06 am

No it’s not lame its very accurate KD has connections to people who work within the knicks organization scotty perry the Knicks general manager drafted kd when he was on OKC also Kd his agent is a big knicks fan and kd best friend is one of the assistant coaches on the knicks not to mention. Kd moved his entrepreneur business from san Francisco aka the bay area to NYC I have also been watching kD interviews in the playoffs and he sound like he is prepared to talk to talk to media

Watch KD get to the knicks, never reach the finals again and then writing a book saying he should of stayed on the warriors and not listened to the media narrative

If KD leaves he will never win another championship. Ty Lue, please don’t try to coach the drama queen, again. You know your heart can’t take the stress. Lol
