    I know Shaq, Charles, and everyone won’t read this, but please know we all have our arms and prayers wrapped around all of you. Be gentle with yourselves. Stay physiologically healthy. Talk to someone. Exercise. My son would be 30. He was 4 when he died. I am a teacher. And don’t forget that they are up with God in Love missing the trials and tribulations we still face here.
