    Good defender, sly passer, dunker, can handle the ball a bit, seems like a good locker room presence, I liked having him on the raptors. Always gets a steal or two. Not a great shooter, but he’ll be a good role player.

    NBA Rules say:
    The hand is considered “part of the ball” when it is in contact with the ball. Therefore, contact on that part of the hand by a defender while it is in contact with the ball is not illegal.
