For 3 straight years, with and without KD, the Warriors were ROUTINELY ending games in the 3rd quarter. Steph was averaging less than 30 mins a game, only playing 3 quarters, and still averaging nearly 30 ppg.

So many entire 4th quarters were garbage time. 20 pt leads nowadays evaporate in an instant. But during this era with the Warriors, 20 pts was nearly insurmountable.

Feel like a lot of us didn’t know/appreciate what we were witnessing 10 years ago with the Warriors before they broke the record. That’s why I believe OKC is being received differently this time around and early indicators of them possibly breaking this record with 74 wins

Don’t mean a thing without the ring

its nostalgia, in ten years if they make an okc one with whatever other team is dominating at that time the okc one will have more views. Its why old Jordan videos are in the tens of millions some of them are

OKC is an all-time great team.

This shit is just different dawg. They were just toying with teams.

And they say this wasn’t a Superteam to glaze the cuc

    • @jakecooney8979

      December 11, 2025 at 10:12 pm

It was a super team because of how great their bench was. I’m young so I don’t know a lot of older players, but god damn that had to be the greatest bench of all time.

  16. @kleinsitwala2357

    December 11, 2025 at 5:33 pm

Why don’t they play like this anymore?

    December 11, 2025 at 5:38 pm

Thunder will never have this type of aura. You can pretend but deep down you know it’s true.

People underestimate “it” factor and charisma yea OKCs on a similar path but Warriors were different AND captivating. Something that can’t be replicated
