   Nobody withdraws GS semifinal because he eats something and vomits, oh please, im not going to say anything but keep in mind Arnaldi and Cobolli know eachother inside out and are close friends, this may have been something mutual, likely Cobolli would win anyway in a very long and tiring battle, which would give him 0 chance to recover for Zverev. This way he is fresh, relaxed and acutally does have a realistic shot at the title.
