I really like these because there’s so much more of visible differences in a team. Like Bucks coach isnt the worst I’ve seen but “play random” and “we’ll be better at home” ain’t gonna cut it. Monty inspires and knows when his players are down and can tailor advice directly to who he needs to also his use of his roster is great. Budenholzer seems like he’s hoping Giannis and Jrue come through for him while telling everyone else nothing specific.

You can definitely see that Monty has developed personal relationships with his players outside of the court, so he understands exactly what to say to his players when theyre not playing at their best. Bud on the other hand just seems more of laid back, hope everything gets better, kind of coach.
