In this video, we break down Cooper Flagg’s four-game scoring explosion and revisit Allen Iverson’s legendary four-game run from his rookie season, highlighting the game-by-game scoring totals that link the two eras.

Flagg becomes the first rookie since Iverson to score 150+ points over a four-game span, and joins Michael Jordan, Iverson, and Jalen Green as the only rookies since 1985 with four straight 30-point games.

The only part of his game that isn’t elite for his age is his 3pt shooting but over the last 20 games since turning 19 he’s shooting 39% which is no small sample size. After all he did the same at Duke where he started terribly and ended up nearly 39% at the three.

Since turning 19 is wild. The hype makes more sense everyday

I think he just turned 19 with the technology we have today and trainers you don’t think he’s going to gain that percentage up with a little bit of work over the next 5 years he’ll be 24 then? That’s the most stupid comment I’ve ever heard 18 years old 19 whatever he is fresh 19 if he’s 19 doing what he’s doing is amazing. And I’m not trying to be mean because I’m in Philadelphia sixers fan and I think I’m watching the best point guard I’ve ever seen in my life in Tyrese maxey who I believe is going to win the Three-Point contest

Iverson was one of the best without training; with training, what would this man be like?

He shot 20 shots at 41% FG as a rookie, that’s nothing but shot jacking

Iverson avg 20 FGs per game at 41% FG as a rookie! That’s terrible

The crazy part tho, is Iverson was being allowed to shoot in blowout losses so he could get that rookie record! I remember commentators saying it wasn’t authentic

Allen Iverson is the best rookie of the year all time. You can’t compare him to the overrated and over-hyped Cooper Flagg. Cooper Flagg is a product of the Republican Party Supremacy and White Power Racism.

NBA needs to be at least 65% caucasian 10% asian like all other businesses without discriminatory hiring. League would actually be somewhat interesting.
