Jokers great. Embid is great, and with defense. Embid MVP.

Joker team is 48-21 when he plays but only 5-8 without him. Embiid team is 43-23 when he plays however his team is 11-5 without him. Despite that, Denver record is very close almost comparable to the sixers separates by 1 game difference. The ON/OFF impact stats also point to Jokic being mvp.

Jokic is more valuable to the nuggets than anyone else for their team. And fact is Jokic having arguably the greatest offensive regular season OVERALL (offence more than just scoring) and being an above average defender in the league to help nuggets be a number 1 seed in west considering how bad they are without him is astonishing. Jokic is mvp

@Dew Man Great response, that does not occur often.
I look at Joker as an offensive savant, who is superior at distributing the ball, which Embid is secondary at. But I love Embids defense, and ability to block shots. In Philly, we respect players who put their bodies on the line to protect the rim.

@Dew Man That’s the only answer that should matter: the Nugs suck without Joker, while the Sixers can definitely hold their own without Embiid. Joker is vital to the winning record they have this season.

Everybody knows that Giannis is the best player in the league, but that’s not what MVP means, it means who is the most valuable, the bucks are good without Giannis, they need him, but when he misses games, they’re fine. It’s really a battle between Jokic and Embiid, both teams suck without their stars, so it’s up to you which of those are your MVPs.

The bucks aint making the finals or the championship without Giannis. They’d be good but not championship level.
