The Suns defeated the Bulls, 121-117 tonight in Chicago. Devin Booker contributed a team-high 29 points to go with 8 assists 4 rebounds and 4 three-pointers, with Kevin Durant of the Suns adding an additional 27 points (9-15 FG, 3-6 3P) in the game. Josh Giddey finished with a team-high 24 points along with 10 assists for the Bulls in the losing effort. The Suns improve their record to 27-29 with the win, while the Bulls fall to 22-35 for the season. The Bulls’ next game is Monday, 2/24/2025, against the 76ers on the road (7:00 PM ET, NBC Sports Philadelphia/Chicago Sports Network), while the Suns continue their road trip on Sunday, 2/23/2025, when they face the Raptors (6:00 PM ET, Arizona’s Family 3TV / Arizona’s Family Sports).

    I thought we played very well and put forth a good effort. As you can tell, it was a close game. We just didn’t have enough gas left in the tank to close it out.

    Tank-a-thon is finally here! I’m just glad the bulls are actually sticking to losing this time. The suns maybe will try this for a year or two , but they won’t make it out of the west either. I hope the sun’s get a better return for the inevitable pieces they move than the bulls did.

    So I saw 5 white guys on the floor at the same time on the same team for the Bulls! Is that even allowed by the NBA or the players union? I’ve been watching the NBA since 1986 and I’ve never ever seen that before!

Jrue Holiday added 16 PTS, 9 AST, and 5 REB, helping control the game down the stretch.

For San Antonio, Stephon Castle led with 18 PTS, while De’Aaron Fox added 17 PTS and 3 STL.
