That’s why they will never be a European football-style relegation in the NBA. There’s a consequence for being bad in football. In American sports, you’re incentivized to be bad for a great draft pick. It’s pathetic.

I think flopping is a bigger issue than tanking also I don’t think this will prevent teams from resting players when they want
