Boston r by far the better franchise but I can see where Stephen a come from Boston only won two rings in the 200s meanwhile lakers won 6

Monica McNutt couldn’t stomach the fact that she had to accept that boston is the best sports city lol.

All this means is that the Lakers are more relevant losers.

It should be compared from the 80’s to now! Eliminate Bill Russell championships those shouldn’t count because the league had few teams at the time.

The Lakers have 12 titles compared to the Celtics 7 titles since 1970 so there’s no comparison, the Celtics won 11 titles in the1950s and 1960s in a 8 or 10 team league, Lakers are the best ????????

Lakers 9 more finals than the Celtics…..so……9 more FINALS LOSSES !!!!!!!

  21. @bye692001

    June 18, 2024 at 11:09 pm

SAS logic is flawed, yes Lakers have more finals appearances, but have lost more.

New York has the most ships for a city across the sports world by a wide margin (14) so no Boston isn’t the best sports city

  25. @brianmellino

    June 19, 2024 at 12:15 am

INCREDIBLY WRONG. So going to the finals counts more than having more titles and a better winning percentage in the finals? Effecitvley he’s saying 17 title wins in 32 (53%) appearances is better than 18 title wins in 23 appearances (78%)? Oh and by the way the Celtics beat the Lakers NINE times head to head in the finals. So those 9 more appearances aren’t rings specially because of the Boston Celtics! LOL
