That is a nasty backcourt.
@yaweli2968
June 25, 2026 at 12:18 pm
They are probably going to chuck threes after threes in crunch time.

No apology wolves, Still not enough to take on the wild wild west spurs my knicks warranted 😂
@danielandrewgrant

Lamelo Ball has averaged 44 games played per season over the past four years. He’s an injury risk, plays no D and will take the ball out of Ant’s hands. Minnesota will be a train wreck.
@Maximus808-y9k
June 25, 2026 at 12:25 pm
It’s a terrible trade. Ball is too wild and undisciplined and he’s shoot first. How will that work with Edwards?
@SqueaksSmoke
June 25, 2026 at 12:48 pm
As a Thunder fan I’m grateful the Wolves acquired Ball. The gap between our teams just grew quite a bit. Melo is fun but can he win? I’m not going to say no because I just don’t want to hate on him but I will be surprised if this works

The Knicks also have Karl Anthony towns Mitchell Robinson OG anunoby so yeah the leader may be short but the rest of the team are some big boys

June 25, 2026 at 1:32 pm
I think the wolves got worse. Naz reids a really good player. You aint winnin no ship with melo jackin shots an not playin D.
@blackmonk7400
June 25, 2026 at 1:35 pm
Charlotte is a poor excuse of a franchise. You been 💩 for years and finally get some good young players. Then you want to trade one of them away. This is a crying shame in my eyes and I’m not even a hornets fan.
@Limo0707
June 25, 2026 at 1:39 pm
Lamelo and Ant in the same team, a PR team’s worst nightmare 😭. With all due respect this is probably the lowest IQ backcourt off the court we’ve seen in recent years. Let’s just hope they can both stay out of trouble.
@ShakataelBebesito
June 25, 2026 at 2:11 pm
Randle and naz rebound scorer defense and toughest is difficult to replace amd chemistry they don’t go anywhere
@PhilM4
June 25, 2026 at 3:26 pm
It’s not really to tough to replace. You can get a role player for that.
@scarletspider1240
June 25, 2026 at 2:16 pm
He’s a volume scorer who plays zero defense…hard to see him making that much of an impact as far as getting further in the playoffs than they already were. They gain scoring but they lose defense.

Spoke with someone Close to The Wolves yesterday and they told me they were making room to sign a Allstar type player. I didn’t know he meant lamelo. I like the move
