I’m a knick fan and i think come playoff time benching randle and keeping him off the floor makes the team better so if u can trade him for a player who can actually produce come playoff time so RJ can be the third option and not a first/second option this team can make the conference finals

I don’t want to see the Knicks trade Randle as a fan. Julius has to improve his ability to manage double-teams and work with the flow of the offense without the ball. He has a court IQ problem, a situational awareness problem, not a right-hand problem. The coaching staff should have had him on film the moment he arrived in NY. It makes me worried to what degree Thibs is actually holding his best players accountable and whether or not he can and the Knicks’ staff can actually develop players. That might explain a lot about RJ Barrett. But you’re not getting anyone NY would want for Randle. It’s best to work with him so he address his shortcomings as a ball-stopper and motivate him to dig in defensively. He can do it. He can take better shots, he can complain less to referees and get back on defense every time. He can move without the basketball. He can defend and rebound. He’s got to want to be the grind guy. If he wants to be the finesse guy it’s never going to work for him. I’m more concern with the offense the Knicks have implemented under Thibs than Randle being an albatross.

MJ and Barkley went on Oprah together in the 90s lol… They just didn’t have podcasts.
MJ was good friends off the court with lots of other guys. Larry and Magic were very close off court, did a bunch of appearances and interviews together.
Some guys hate each other but NBA has always had guys friendly during off-season. Stephen A just wants division and hate

Zion is very talented but he can’t not stay healthy. I think due to his inactivity a trade for quickley and Randall isn’t good for the knicks. Zion plays 30 games and sits out for 40,we do not need a injury prone player to ruin the chemistry in ny.

Yes, Randle dribbles way too much and dribbles in traffic and gets the ball taken away. He sometimes waits until the shot clock has almost run out to pass, and a teammate has to rush a shot up. Sometimes they make it and Randle gets an assist but more often they miss an out of rhythm shot. He needs someone (a coach) to correct what he’s been doing since arriving in New York.
