   Teams got so desperate and star struck, they end up losing in the long run. There’s no short cut to winning. Just ask the Nets, Minnesota and Dallas. Golden state, Milwaukee and Boston are the role models that teams should look up to right now. Their success is by trusting the process of developing their homegrown talents. Dallas should’ve kept Jalen Brunson

    The media keeps blaming the Mavs for not retaining Jalen brunson but to my understanding he was going to leave anyways and that’s why the NBA fined the Knicks because they were in trade talks when it wasnt supposed to happen and then hired the father, gave JB a dope house and a fat contract. I think this off-season they should try and get rid of everyone and only keep Luka and kyrie everyone else sucks. Inconsistent players on offense with terrible defense and even worse rebounding.

    When kyrie came to Mavs, there was a lot of hype and how mavs could be the championship contender. When they announced the trade, I was skeptical about how it would play out. Yea sure…. kyrie and Luka together on the same team the dynamic duo that they can be and its all looks on paper, but I still don’t know what is wrong with this team. Yea you have two good offense players but wheres the defense tho?? This is where I felt skeptical about the trade from the beginning. Now if the mavs don’t make the playoff…. I know for a fact Kyrie would leave after this season and possibly headed to the lakers. Now since I’m a Laker fan, tbh I don’t really feel like the necessary to add kyrie to the Lakers roster anyway. Our team has becoming a totally different team since the trade deadline, we talking about defense ranking went up to 2nd, we got rid of Russell Westbrook problem, and Pat bev. Our PG DLo is a solid decent point guard who can shoot and move and handle the ball compare to westbrook, we also got AR-15 whos been balling out and stepping up and got good basketball IQ, we got Vando, Mo Bamba for great defense. Overall, the lakers team has been solid, and it would just be a plus or “nice to have” if kyrie comes to Lakers. What we really are just shooters.
