Its obviously Brunson. SGA isn’t going to get the respect those accomplishments would give most other players because of how he chooses to play. Wemby is 22 and can still make a future for himself as a goat contender. Lebron Steph and MJ didnt win their first till around 27-28. Brunson winning it for the Knicks would make him an undeniable legend top 75 is an understatement. And who knows if this team can keep playing this well next season to try again. Wemby and SGA we can expect to be competing in the WCF for the foreseeable future with how young their teams are while the Knicks window is likely far far less smaller.

Perk you mean “mid range” flopping game. I’m not glad he changed the game. No thanks. And he totally plays the analytics game. You’re wrong again. His goal is to get to the paint and kick for a 3. Which is fine. But don’t claim he’s some sort of throwback mod range player. And even if he does shoot… guess what… He flops!

big body brunson is the only right answer. wemby is already expected to win multiple rings, sga already won a ring. but jalen brunson? he’s a 2nd round pick nobody expect him to be the main man to lead a team to finals but he took a knicks team a basketball mecca to the finals ending a 27 year drought. if he deliver a ring he just ended a half a century drought in knicks franchise.
