Wemby ❤

When lebron was hyped, media and fans didnt gave him a chance to adjust etc. They want him to be great from day 1. Meanwhild nowadays, adjust, adopt all reasonz given.

So one bad game he’s a bust and one good game he’s a superstar come on both sides let’s wait till the regular season starts and he plays regular NBA big men

Wemby, still looked soft. He got pushed around. Lost to Portland without scoot. He hit open shots. Any professional player can do that. He’s a NBA player, but he’s definitely not living up to the hype yet

I just hope nobody tries to do him dirty, it’s a lot of dirty players in the NBA *coughs Morris* who will do anything to injure a good player. I hope he gains great awareness of his surroundings. I wanna see Wemby blow up

Geeeze, it is as if the Blazers weren’t even playing according the the ESPN announcers. How about celebrate a bit of the talent on display for Portland once in a while. Man alive. Bla, bla, bla Wemby etc. You all set the narrative just a bit too much.

For all the accolades he’s getting, he didn’t impact this game. They still lost. The media and everyone needs to shut up and let him develop in his own pace. He’s pretty developed already, considering he played in the grown men league, but all this pressure is getting to him. Now he’ll have to learn that a team is being built around him, unlike in Europe where everyone is equal as a team, no one is considered a superstar.

*Wemby can seriously have 10 block games easy his height and how agile he is he’s blocking those shots that only players can contest even with good defense plus when he’s in the paint that’s easy money…I wouldn’t be surprised if he has some great games with the right amount of minutes he will get some quadruple double games in the league, wish him nothing but the best he will be fun to watch*

His perimeter defense is very solid. He will be very difficult to drive and finish against. This is the most surprising thing about him. He could seriously play the 3 with his perimeter defensive skills. That seems unfair lol.
