“Need” would be the wrong word but these are two HBCU schools, so not seeing any white players is normal. We didn’t have any white players at my HBCU In basketball they all played baseball though lol

Grambling had a White quarterback in 1962 named Jim Gregory long before predominantly white schools (particularly in the south) started buying black Athletes after integration.

Grambling was a leader in acceptance of white players long before most White colleges accepted Black Athletes.

In fact a movie was made in 1981, ” Grambling’s ” White” Tiger … Grambling mascot is ( Tigers).

Grambling State beat Colorado this basketball season 83 to 74.

      Grambling, also beat Vanderbilt.

I hope they can make it to the playoffs & win a couple of rounds in March.

    @ Henry Davis

Grambling had White players long before , predominantly white schools had Black players.

In fact, in 1962 Grambling had a White quarterback named Jim Gregory.

In the 80’s a movie was made about it .

Grambling was accepting White players long before white colleges started “buying ” , excuse me , recruiting Black players.

If you think GSU & SU need some ” White” players…I’m not offended.
It certainly is not because they are discriminating against “White players.

I know a Way for more White players to play at Predominantly white Schools….

SOME of the Black Players can come back to HBCU’S.
