He didn’t even lead the league in fts lol. They rewarded 31.1 ppg on 55% shooting from the field from a guard. They rewarded 64 wins and a league best record. It wasn’t even close, so clearly the voters aren’t as emotional as your average nba fan.

1. Got ass beat by injured af wolves team
2. Only reasonable other choice but had 0 major teammate injuries and won less games
3. Was below his standard most the year except for March, and has the least actual impact out of all these guys
4. Won the most with significant team injuries, had one of the most efficient 30 ppg seasons of all time, with barely any turnovers, but he flops and makes faces so you don’t care? 😂 doesn’t change history or any actual basketball players opinions, oh and beat a wilt record, keep crying, you little whiner

Thought MVP stood for Most Valuable Player? Thunder was still winning games without him playing. Not saying JBrown should have won (just an example) Celtics depended on JB way more than Thunder depended on Shai. The Expectations was at the floor for the Celtics & Brown carried & everyone around him improved their game. NBA wants Shai to be their new cash cow but Luka, Cade, Jokic, Wemby, Brown, Ant..those guys are valuable players for their franchise but see the Thunder have a deep squad, they can still win without Shai.
