    Yes its a foul if he wanted to not foul he needs to take a step back not forward sga might force the nba to change the rules though cuz he reacts so quickly to the contact and can choose at any moment wether to shoot it or continue on. He legit spinned here and got cut off at the end of the spin with contact. I think that shouldnt be a foul but it is.. if they dont want that to be a foul change the rule. He moved fast and got cut off with enough force to stop his motion so he shot the ball knowing thats a foul. If he would have stopped the dribble it might have been a play on but hardaway seemed to jump into him so im not sure they would let it go either
