Unpopular Opinion: Russell Westbrook is a better overall player than Steph Curry. Way worse shooter, but can pretty much do everything else much better. Also, he can carry a team of no ones to a 6th seed at least. But I still love Curry; just saying he can’t carry a team like Westbrook can

@ANEESH ANAND lol what a casual Beal is candidate for scoring champion averaging 31.1ppg while warriors went from 1-8 when Steph was injured and Wiggins only average 17ppg and oubre is brick machine. Stop being fanboy pls.😂😂😂

@STARDUST STARGAZER Beal has missed a lot of games this past month, though. Westbrook missed a decent amount, too, at the beginning of the season. And he carried his team while Beal was sidelined. And it’s no coincidence that whatever co-star teammate Westbrook has, he has a major impact on them having career years. KD obviously, and then PG was an MVP candidate with Russ and now Beal. He actually makes a lot of plays for his teammates. Yes, Curry’s shooting ability is feared and teams will try to contain it, but he’s mostly a one-man show meaning he doesn’t really make direct plays for his teammates. At least not at the level of Westbrook. But tbh, I just compare the two because Curry is listed as a point guard. I really consider him a shooting guard.

@j0epark1 you need to think that if westbrook is in that warriors roster all of them will brickshots none of those players average over 20ppg, Wiggins only average 17ppg and oubre bricks,everyone bricks aside from steph and don’t forget warriors went from 1win-8lossess when curry was injured and yet warriors have a better record than wizards while Beal and westbrooks are breaking records, stop discrediting steph by meatriding other players success.

@j0epark1 you don’t know what you’re talking about by saying curry can’t make plays, I’m convinced you don’t watch warriors games cuz you don’t know how important Steph is to that team, let me tell you that team is the same team last year in the bottom of the west without curry with only 15 wins😂😂😂 one of the worst record in NBA history.

If u are talking about the 2017 game vs the Nuggets then the game winning 3 was so amazing for Westbrook because he not only knocked the Nuggets out of the playoffs but he also broke the record for most triple doubles in a season that game and that shot gave Westbrook a 50 point triple double.
