Jabari Smith made a game-winning 3PT from the top of the arc to win the game for the Houston Rockets, as they defeat the Portland Trail Blazers 100-99. Smith scored 29 of his 33 total points in the 2nd half to go along with 7 rebounds as Tari Eason added 20 points, 9 rebounds, 5 assists, and 4 blocks in the win. Amen Thompson (16 points, 5 assists, 4 rebounds, 4 blocked shots) and Cam Whitmore (14 points, 11 rebounds) combined for 30 points. Shaedon Sharpe (21 points, 7 rebounds) and Scoot Henderson (15 points, 6 assists, 5 rebounds) led Portland.

I know FVV is gonna start and he is the vet with the chip, the experience and all that but man…that court vision of Amen and those passes are a thing of beauty. In many scouting reports they said the he was an elite passer but oh my, they got short describing how special he really is.

Amen should be the starting PG especially at 6’7. Signing Fred and Keeping KPJ is odd to me. Not too mention Green , Whitmore , Tari & Brooks it’s not enough shots to go around.

0:34, 7:20, 7:42, 7:59. Future star. Shaedon averaged 24/6/4 the last 10 games of the season starting when Dame was sitting out so they could “tank” for a better draft pick….Shaedon is 20 y/o and has so much time to tighten the handles. But he is already seeing the floor, Silky smooth jumper with range, cuts to the rim well, and good defender.
