I’m currently a senior and your kinda meat riding here. I would be surprised that most 17 year olds wouldn’t able to form a series of articulate sentences that make sense. Obviously from time to time you’ll meat a few brain dead ones or people who are below grade average but I’m sure most 17 years olds can give that type of speech Kobe just gave.
