Not saying I’m w those ppl, but defense is a mentality, it’s more ‘want to’ than it is technique. It does definitely take technique and IQ, but just being willing to do the dirty work is the biggest component

Getting pat bev is actually a power move for the Lakers if they have to keep russ it gives them a guy he don’t like coming for his job so they’re hoping it lights a fire back in him to be motivated and if not he can sit on the bench with his lip poked out ????????????

they CAN play on the same team. they both play the same position which is the PG. hard to believe they could play together at the same time.

Perk is my guy, but get this guy off of Tv. He said a lot of BS over the years, but after saying

“Patrick Beverley and Russell Westbrook actually could be the most dangerous defensive backcourt in the NBA.”

    Get him off of Tv.

I love Big Perk, but if Lebron could not hold Russel Westbrook accountable how in the heck is Patrick Beverly going to do it ?!

The only way I can justify this take is maybe Westbrook witnessing how hard Pat Bev will play at his position will motivate Russel to go even harder. That friendly competition, but these two boys are anything but friendly with each other. This is going to be interesting to see. Without question. Carry on.
