No. How is he choking? Because his big man brother can’t shoot? Because of the pick and roll coverage being so bad that he has to constantly choose between guarding the lob or Luka which practically no one else has found a way to stop? I don’t understand why it’s so hard for people to just give the Mavericks flowers instead of tearing down the Wolves

He plays too soft. You gotta be mean and aggressive on defense so that the refs give you some wiggle room to make plays.
This is how Pat Bev gets away with not getting called for obvious fouls. He’s soo aggressive that the ref allows smaller fouls.

Look at the team with wemby on the floor vs wemby off the floor. The spurs go from one of the worst defensive teams to one of the best because of the impact wemby has. T-Wolves already have a great team defense where all Rudy has to do is live in the paint. When Rudy can’t do that he gets exposed like he did going against the Mavs.

Rudy is getting outplayed by Daniel Gafford right now, let alone Luka. Rudy is known as a shot blocker averaging 1 block a game this series and 8 rebounds. Gafford who doesn’t make nearly as much and wasn’t even in contention for the award is averaging 3 blocks and 6 rebounds. If anything Rudy’s numbers this series look like Dereck Lively’s
