Besides Boston fans, Miami fans understand how valuable and how good Rondo was more than anybody else. Dude gave us hell. Pretty sure he had a 40 point game with a clutch (borderline game winning) 3 pointer in a playoff game less than a decade ago. He’s not even known to shoot well but he always brought it against Miami’s big three.

you’re right he isnt top 70 he’s top 50 , If HOF players and coaches acknowledge that he’s a top 50 player of all time who are you to say he isnt? .. 26k points, champion, finals mvp, top 8 in 3s, 10x all star, etc. IF Walt Frazier, Vince Carter, Tracy McGrady ,George Mikan and MORE are top 50 then PP is DEFINITELY there. None of those players have the stats nor accolades Paul pierce has. learn basketball

When Dwayne wade fell on Rondo’s arm in the playoffs, he came back and played with one hand . Oh we won that game, went on to lose the series but my pride as a Boston fan on that day was crazy.

Rondo just doesnโt get the credit he deserved as a player. People forgot how good he was during his prime and staying in the league at his age is just an addition to his greatness as Rojon Rondo. I wish he stays out of unnecessary fights during the game, I bet he would get more respects from NBA fans.

My favorite Rondo play was in the playoffs when he chased down a loose ball and dove in between a player and picked up the ball and laid it up and in. I think it was against the Magic.
