Don’t forget magic‘s career was cut short due to HIV. When he retired, He was the assist leader in the league., would’ve played another 3 to 4 seasons, who knows if Stockton would’ve passed him.

That’s one of my heroes, the late great Hot Rod Hundley. Grew up listening to him call every Jazz game on radio and TV. Legend.

If not for Magic Johnson existing John Stockton would be the greatest point guard of all time.

I still feel he’s the pound for pound GOAT point guard but I’ll still give Magic the title overall.

Now that NBA Stokton asisst record is 100000000% will not be broken ever the same as Wilt Chamberlain Rebond record but Bron scoring record with how nowadays evryone score points alot with so easy in current NBA and will be more easy in the Future will be broken and will be taking less time to stand than Kareem previous scoring record in my opinion and also maybe Wemby will be break Hakeem olajuwon block record and who’s know and also Stokton Steal record will be hard if not impossible to break in the future lol

I think about 70% of his assists went to Malone. Two of the best to do it.

Karl Malone already had a son that was 10 years old by this point, and his mum was only 12 when she had him.
