Yeah, Lakers got lucky there. THT threw up trash and Rivers is just there ball watching instead of going for the rebound.

I will say from observation that Andrea D has butter fingers. Good game for the Lakers and I’m still worried. They need to dominate the paint when the ball is in their hands.

The Nuggets and Lakers played for the third and final time during the regular-season at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. The Lakers built a 14 point lead in the fourth quarter and survived a late rally by the Nuggets for a 93-89 victory. The Lakers, also clinched their regular-season series, against the Nuggets for the 2020-21 NBA season, winning 2 games to 1.

In those final seconds. THT did, what JR Smith should have done, in Lebron’s last Finals run in Cleveland. Now if he could just limit his turnovers๐Ÿคฆ Horton “๐ŸฐTurnover” Tucker. When he becomes ambidextrous scoring…. And not just a one hand dominate player…. Lakers will always come out of the West, to make the Finals. All Kuzma has to do, is become consistent scoring between 16-24 points. Thats 40-50 points potentially guaranteed off the bench, for any starting 5 team to maintain a lead on the bench. You all not on Rob Palenka thought level into these Lakers acquisitions. You think Dennis, Kuzma, THT, and Drummond not going to get better, after this year if Lakers win or lose? You are delusional. If Lebron is healthy in the Play-In Series… Its over regardless for the NBA. Because we all know, the Suns would have advanced being 8-0 in the bubble. Just like the bubble surprise, the Play-In Surprise may be just the adversity the Lakers need to get focused on that Mamba Mentality that destroyed opponents on both ends of the court, by playing high percentage paint attacking basketball, with aggrrssive outside the paint pressure to force a turnover or tunnel the opponent into the painted area toward a taller defender. Smh. Vogel needs to rewatch the last NBA Finals.

Im totally impartial cuz I have no favorites But, the Lakers are a pick n pay store-bought franchise… Problem is, Palenka went to Costco and overbought. The only way they can lose is depending how deep the Dissension and jealousy has become among teammates. Acquiring more stars when it can potentially ostracize current players and damage team morale isn’t always the best move. This is very different than that button paid for team in Mia with LeBron. Difference is, the heat were a unit. Cuz they had their 4 stars and their role players knew they were role players. But over here, you got LBJ considered the best in the league. You got arguably the best two-way MVP caliber in AD. You got Schroeder is a16+ ppg star pg.
2 time all star Drummond who’s a top 5 rebounder, rim protector, and scorer from the 5 spot. I mean Marc Gasol and montrez Harrell are coming off the bench for him as his 2 backup 5s when they been putting in the work for most of the season. Absolute negative juju coming off of him.
Then you got about 12 other players on that roster who would be starters on any other team. If they don’t win it all, then they gna have to begin making some changes.
Got to do things the right way. Not the LeBrong way
