The two-pronged scoring attack of Kyrie Irving (37 PTS, 6 REB, 8 AST) and Kevin Durant (29 PTS) carried the Brooklyn Nets to an #NBAXMAS win over the Boston Celtics, 123-95. Irving finished the game with 7 3PM, which tied the record for most makes in a Christmas Day game. Caris LeVert’s 10 PTS and Jarrett Allen’s 9 PTS, 11 REB and 4 BLK off the bench helped Brooklyn secure the victory. Boston was led by Jaylen Brown’s 27 PTS and 8 REB, and 20 PTS and 8 REB from Jayson Tatum. Rookie Payton Pritchard (7 PTS, 2 REB, 2 STL) provided a spark off the Boston bench, while Marcus Smart added 13 PTS, 6 AST and 2 STL.
