     @MikeKurd  No, it’s not. You don’t know the NBA Rules and didn’t watch in slo-mo and didn’t count the steps. It’s “gather plus 2” and when the 2nd step after the gather step occurs it becomes a pivot foot. He then elevates into the shot. This play occurs dozens of times every night in the NBA.
